Who operates this site
Qixazow is an independent AI operations studio founded by Anshul Namdev and Dipankar. For questions about your information, contact sales@axshul.site.
When you send a project enquiry
The form collects your name, email address, optional company name, service choice, message, optional self-reported discovery source, and consent to a response. We use these details to understand your request, contact you, and manage a potential engagement. Sending a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
The embedded form runs on our personal n8n hosting instance at n8n.srv1419396.hstgr.cloud. The full request is saved in a private intake table and an email notification is sent to our enquiry inbox. Administrators of that instance can access the request and related workflow execution records. Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services. Older enquiry records may remain privately in WordPress. Please do not submit credentials or sensitive customer records.
Newsletter subscriptions
Newsletter signup is separate and optional. We collect your email address and explicit consent, save your request, and send an email asking you to confirm. We add your address to the subscriber list only after your affirmative confirmation. A confirmation request expires after seven days. After confirmation, we send a welcome message. Field Notes editions are prepared and reviewed before delivery to confirmed subscribers.
Newsletter messages include a private removal link. Opening it shows a confirmation page; submitting that page changes your preference. The link identifies your subscription, so please keep it private. You can also request removal by email confirmation or ask us directly at sales@axshul.site. Newsletter preferences and delivery records are stored privately in our n8n instance. We record the edition, recipient, delivery attempt status and email service reference to manage consent, avoid ordinary repeat sends and investigate delivery problems. A service acceptance record does not tell us whether you read a message.
Retention and your choices
We review intake records and remove information that is no longer needed. Project correspondence may be retained for ongoing work and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to correct or remove your details, subject to information needed for an engagement or a legal obligation.
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting infrastructure and form provider may retain technical logs, including IP addresses, request times, and browser information, to operate and protect the services. WordPress uses cookies for logged-in administrators. Embedded n8n forms may use their own cookies or session information to operate the form.
The site does not add advertising trackers or newsletter open tracking. We use Google Search Console to review aggregate search visibility; it does not add a visitor tracking script to these pages. External websites have their own privacy practices.
